Thank you for shopping at Banaras Aura. The following terms outline our shipping policies for domestic and international orders.

All domestic orders are processed within 7–10 business days.
Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.
During high order volume periods, shipments may be delayed. Please allow extra days for delivery.
In case of significant delays, we will notify you via email or phone.

International shipments take 6–10 working days to dispatch, depending on location.
There may be unforeseen delays due to customs or logistics issues beyond our control.
We will keep you informed in case of major delays.

Note: International customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and clearance charges, if applicable in the destination country.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email with the tracking number(s).

Banaras Aura is not responsible for items damaged or lost during shipping.
If your order arrives damaged:
1. Immediately contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
2. You may also reach out to us at banarasauraofficial@gmail.com for assistance.
3. Keep all original packaging and damaged items until the claim is resolved.
