Delivery Information
We strive to process and dispatch your beautiful Banarasi sarees as quickly as possible. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
Domestic Shipping (India)
All domestic orders require a processing time of 7–10 business days before they are dispatched.

International Shipping
International orders require 6–10 business days for processing and dispatch. Please note: International customers are solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance charges applicable in their destination country.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Returns & Exchanges
To maintain the exclusivity and quality of our collection, Banaras Aura operates on a strict Exchange-Only Policy. We do not offer monetary refunds.
Exchange Window
If you wish to exchange an item, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your delivery. Requests made outside of this 24-hour window will not be accepted.
Non-Exchangeable Items
Please note that the following items are strictly final sale and cannot be exchanged:

Handwork Sarees: Due to the delicate nature of hand-embroidered and handwoven detailing.

Discounted Items: Any sarees purchased on sale, at a discount, or using a promo code.
Eligibility for Exchange
To qualify for an exchange, your saree must be:

Completely unused, unworn, and unwashed.

In the exact original condition you received it.

Accompanied by all original tags, labels, packaging, and the receipt/proof of purchase.
How to Request an Exchange

Provide your order number, clear photos of the saree, and the reason for the exchange.

Once approved, we will share the return shipping address.
Please note: Customers are responsible for paying all return shipping costs associated with sending the item back to us for an exchange.
