At Banaras Aura, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our sarees. To maintain the exclusivity of our collection, we operate on a strict Exchange-Only Policy. We do not offer monetary refunds.
1. Exchange Window

Exchange requests must be initiated within 24 hours of receiving your delivery.

Any requests made after the 24-hour window has passed will not be accepted.
2. Non-Exchangeable Items Please note that certain items are strictly exempt from being exchanged. These include:

Handwork Sarees: Due to the delicate and intricate nature of hand-embroidered and handwoven detailing, handwork sarees are final sale and cannot be exchanged.

Discounted/Sale Items: Any sarees purchased on sale, at a discount, or using a promotional code are not eligible for exchange.
3. Conditions for Exchange To be eligible for an exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:

The saree must be completely unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the exact same condition that you received it.

All original tags, labels, and packaging must be fully intact and attached to the saree.

You must provide the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note: Customers are responsible for bearing the shipping costs associated with returning the item for an exchange.
