RETURN, REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
(Domestic & International Orders)
Return Policy – Domestic Orders (India)
An order is eligible for return within 2 days from the date of delivery. Return or cancellation requests will not be accepted for certain products listed below.
Customers may raise a return request under the following conditions:

Products Not Eligible for Return
The following items are not eligible for return or refund, unless explicitly stated:

Return Process

Customers must initiate a return request within 2 days of delivery via our official Return Center or by emailing us at banarasaura@gmail.com with complete order details and the reason for return.

For damaged or incorrect products, an unboxing video is mandatory and must clearly show the package being opened.

Requests made through social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, or WhatsApp will not be accepted.

Our support team will review the request and approve it at their discretion.

Once approved, a return pickup will be arranged.

Products must be returned in original condition, unused, with tags intact and original packaging.

A logistics charge of ₹400 per item (onward + return shipping) will be deducted from the refund amount.
Refund Process

After the returned product is received and successfully inspected by our quality assurance team, the refund will be initiated.

The refund amount will be limited to the actual product value paid. Any additional charges such as shipping, COD fees, or convenience charges are non-refundable.

Refunds are generally processed within 7–10 working days from the date the return is approved.
Mode of Refund

Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds will be processed via RazorpayX. Customers must share their bank details (Account Holder Name, Account Number, IFSC Code, and Branch) by emailing banarasaura@gmail.com.
Return Policy – International Orders
For international orders, returns, exchanges, or refunds are not accepted under any circumstances.
Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.

A cancellation fee of ₹200 will be deducted to cover processing costs, and the remaining amount will be refunded.

Cancellation requests will not be accepted after 24 hours from the time of order placement.
Important:
If the product has already been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted, even if the request is made within 24 hours.

Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, slight variations in dimensions and weight may occur.

Banaras Aura does not guarantee the purity, colour, or content of zari or silk unless explicitly mentioned on the product page.

The actual colour of the product may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, or screen resolution.

Banaras Aura shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Varanasi only.

Banaras Aura reserves the right to approve or reject any return or refund request at its sole discretion.

A product will be considered damaged only if it is physically damaged, and an unboxing video is mandatory to support such claims.

This Return & Refund Policy is applicable to orders placed on or after 17th April 2025.
